David Howard is a psychologist in private practice. He is recently moved to Oakville, Ontario from Stratford, the community where he worked in a variety of settings over the past four decades. He is pleased to call St. John’s United his ‘base of operations’ three days each week for an ongoing ‘virtual practice’.
