Community Meal for Older Adults – Tuesday, November 10 @ 12:00pm
St. John’s United Church warmly invites older adults in our community to join us for a free, three-course hot lunch on Tuesday, November 10, at noon, followed by a wonderful opportunity to connect and enjoy fellowship in a welcoming space.
We are also inviting members of our congregation to get involved by serving as table facilitators! This is a meaningful opportunity to extend our church’s hospitality, welcome guests, help foster conversation, and ensure everyone feels included and valued. You don’t need any special experience—just a warm smile, a friendly spirit, and a willingness to connect with others.
By volunteering, you can help us build relationships, reduce social isolation, and show God’s love in a practical way within our wider community. If you are interested in being a table facilitator, please let us know! Your time and presence can make a real difference.

We hope you’ll join us in making this a special and welcoming experience for our older adult neighbours!
